November 25, 2025 – Exciting developments are unfolding at the Canswan Homeland Community in Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan. Over the course of November 24 and 25, four newly purchased modular homes were successfully delivered and installed at the site. This expansion brings the total number of modular units in the community to 22.

The Canswan Homeland Community is a strategic investment constructed by Canswan Farmland Ltd., a subsidiary of the Canswan Group, and is managed by Homeland Village Operation Inc.
As a priority project for both the Canswan Group and the Government of Saskatchewan, the development represents a total investment of $4.5 million CAD. The project is planned for a total of 23 modular homes. Currently, with 22 units completed and occupancy largely finalized, the community is making a significant contribution to alleviating the rental housing shortage in Moose Jaw.

This project has received high attention from the Moose Jaw municipal government. City officials, including the Mayor, the CEO of the Chamber of Commerce, and Economic Development directors, have held multiple meetings to advance the project. These discussions have included Canswan Group leadership: Chairwoman Ms. Zhu Xiaoming, General Manager Mr. Lin Tao, Consultant Mr. Ben Liu, and Project Admin Yang Yupeng.

Looking ahead, Canswan Group is committed to increasing its investment to support the local economy and community development.
