August 28, 2025 – Ms. Zhu Xiaoming, Chairwoman of the Canswan Group, hosted a significant meeting today at the Canswan Building (290 4th Ave NE) with Mr. Rob Clark, CEO of the Moose Jaw & District Chamber of Commerce, and Mr. Paul Wilder, Treasurer of Square One Community Inc.
During the meeting, the parties discussed strategic collaboration between Canswan Group subsidiaries and the Chamber of Commerce. Key outcomes included establishing a framework for in-depth cooperation regarding promotional activities and the development of gravel aggregate projects.
Additionally, a consensus was reached regarding a new affordable rental housing project to be constructed in Moose Jaw. This initiative aligns with the ongoing development of the Canswan Homeland Community, located at 145 North Service Road.
